in just a few minutes is delicious to bring a seasonal atmosphere to your plates!
Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Preparation :
- In a cup (preferably a large one), mix the egg and milk.
- Add the mash, oat flakes and spices.
- Mix well, then microwave for 2 minutes. That's it!
This recipe is eaten immediately!
