SHIPPING COSTS:

QUEBEC CITY: We are now offering a bike delivery service. Depending on your postal code, during checkout, it will be possible to choose this option at a cost of $5.50

CANADA*: Deliveries are free in Canada for orders of $85 and more *. For orders less than $85, a flat fee of $9.50 will be applied.

*other CANADA area - MANITOBA/ SASKATCHEWAN / ALBERTA | BRITISH COLUMBIA | NUNAVUT | YUKON / NORTHWEST TERRITORY: Free deliveries from $150 and up before taxes. For orders less than $150, a flat fee of $15 will be applied.

UNITED STATES: Shipping to the United States is Free on orders $150 and over *. For orders less than $150, a flat fee of $25 will be applied.

INTERNATIONAL: International shipping is $50. Fixed costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 7 days and exchanges within 14 days with proof of purchase (paper invoice or email) from the date of receipt of the package. *If you could not meet these deadlines, call us, we want to offer you exceptional service, if we can accommodate you, we will do so with pleasure.

Products must be in their original condition. (unworn, unwashed, unused) Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

> We use packaging that can be reused, especially the delivery envelopes which have 2 adhesive tabs.

IN STORE:

Returns and exchanges of online purchases can be made directly in store.

Exchanges and returns can be made in both stores regardless of where the purchase was made.

MAIL:

Returns by mail are at your expense, and you absolutely must obtain approval from a member of our team before returning anything.

>For a refund: we will email you a prepaid return slip to print and stick on the package to be returned. When we receive the package in store, we will refund the item by subtracting the return costs ( Coat: $50, Return costs approx.: $9.50: 50 - 9 .50 = $40.50 will be refunded to your card).

>For an exchange: We can send you by email a prepaid return slip to print and stick on the package to be returned, but you will have to pay by phone or interac transfer the return costs (approximately $9.50)
Once the package has been received in store and examined, we will ship the exchanged item free of charge.

We assume no responsibility for breakage, damage and loss of returns

Returns of packages due to the entry of a wrong address will be returned at the customer's expense or simply canceled. The products will then be refunded (without delivery costs).

Pricing Policies:

Promotions made over specific time periods are not applicable outside of these pre-established periods.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will replace defective or missing parts at no additional charge when notified of the problem within 14 days of receipt of the item.

You may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling.

All returned items must be unassembled and in their original packaging.

You must notify us before attempting a return - unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact uswithin 30 days of delivery of your purchase.

All purchases of items on sale are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Contact us by phone at 418-683-0888 to ensure your items are eligible for return or exchange. (Unapproved articles will not be accepted.)

Once the return has been approved, we will help you ship everything directly to the warehouse located in Ontario.

Refunds will be processed and credited to the same account your purchase was originally charged to. Please allow up to two weeks from the date your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited. Items that are part of an exchange will be shipped as soon as your return is received.

PRODUCTION QUALITIES

Remember that some of the products may have differences in color or texture which do not necessarily indicate a defect. Such differences are inherent in the manufacture of handmade products, so you can expect there to be minor differences that will make your purchase unique. As a result, the products shipped to you may vary slightly from those shown in the images shown on this site.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Please do not refuse delivery of shipments even if the box appears damaged. Often a box may look "trashed", but due to the quality/protection of the product packaging, most likely only a replacement part will be needed.

It is much more efficient to send only a spare, rather than the entire contents. Digital photos of any damage are always required. Please photograph the part as well as the box which appears to be damaged. Be sure to retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved. We cannot pick up or replace damaged items unless they are in their original packaging.

If the items are refused upon inspection and found to have no damage, you will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred.

If you notice any damage, contact us at 418-683-0888 right away so we can manage replacement of damaged parts We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of a damaged delivery.
