SHIPPING AND RETURN
We use Purolator, Obibox (a Quebec company), Canada Post, and GSL for delivery. Les ptits mosüs reserves the right to choose the delivery company for certain regions :).
DELIVERY COSTS:
QUEBEC CITY : We now offer a delivery service by bicycle or electric car. Depending on your postal code, you can choose this option at the checkout for $8.50. ( Delivery times range from 8 to 36 hours by electric car)
QUEBEC, ONTARIO, NEWFOUNDLAND, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, NOVA SCOTIA : Shipping is free in Canada for orders of $100 and over * (before taxes) . For orders under $100 , fixed fees starting at $9.99 or 14,99$ will be applied .
* You can always pay extra with Purolator (to receive the package as quickly as possible)
REMOTE CANADA - ALBERTA / BRITISH COLUMBIA | NUNAVUT | YUKON / NORTHWEST TERRITORY / MANITOBA / SASKATCHEWAN / NEW BRUNSWICK: Free shipping on orders over $150 before taxes. For orders under $150 , a flat fee of $15 will apply.
UNITED STATES : Shipping to the United States is free for orders of $150 or more (before taxes). For orders under $150, a flat rate of $25 will apply. Customs fees are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay customs, the package will be returned to us and the customs and delivery fees will be deducted from your refund.
INTERNATIONAL: International deliveries are $50. Flat rate.

Products must be in their original condition with tags (unworn, unwashed, unused). Initial delivery charges will not be refunded.
> We use packaging that can be reused, especially delivery envelopes which are fitted with 2 adhesive tabs.
* Products on sale or purchased during a promotion are final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted!
IN STORE:
Returns and exchanges for online purchases can be made directly in store.
Exchanges and returns can be made in both stores regardless of where the purchase was made.
BY MAIL:
Returns by mail are at your expense , and you must absolutely obtain approval from a member of our team before returning anything.

> For a refund (7 days) : we will send you by email a prepaid return slip to print and stick on the package to be returned. When we receive the package in store, we will refund the item by subtracting the return costs from the amount.
*** Returned items must be received in store within 14 days of receiving the home order.
> For an exchange (14 days) : We can send you a prepaid return slip by email to print and stick on the package to be returned, but you will have to pay the $9.99 fee beforehand.
** Returned items must be received in store within 21 days of receiving the home order.
Once the package is received in store and examined, we will ship the exchanged item free of charge.
*** It is important to write your name and invoice number inside the package. **
We assume no responsibility for breakage, damage or loss of returns.
Package returns due to incorrect address entry will be returned at the customer's expense or simply canceled. The products will then be refunded (minus shipping costs).
Pricing policies:
Promotions made for specific time periods are not applicable outside of these pre-established periods.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will replace defective or missing parts at no additional cost when we are notified of the problem within 14 days of receipt of the item.
You may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges.
All returned items must be unassembled and in their original packaging.
You must notify us before attempting a return - unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery of your purchase.
All purchases of sale items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Contact us by phone at 418-683-0888 to ensure your items are eligible for return or exchange. (Unapproved items will not be accepted.)
Once the return is approved, we will help you ship everything directly to the warehouse located in Ontario.
Refunds will be processed and credited to the same account your purchase was originally billed to. Please allow up to two weeks from the date your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited. Items that are part of an exchange will be shipped as soon as your return is received.
PRODUCTION QUALITIES
Please keep in mind that some products may have differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate a defect. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you can expect minor differences that will make your purchase unique. Therefore, the products shipped to you may differ slightly from those shown in the images on this site.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please do not refuse delivery of shipments even if the box appears damaged. Often, a box may appear "trashed," but due to the quality/protection of the product packaging, most likely, only a replacement part will be necessary.
It is much more efficient to send just a replacement part, rather than the entire contents. Digital photos of any damage are always required. Please photograph the part as well as the box that appears damaged. Be sure to keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved. We cannot pick up or replace damaged items unless they are in their original packaging.
If the items are refused upon inspection and found to be undamaged, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
If you notice any damage, contact us immediately at 418-683-0888 so we can arrange for replacement of the damaged parts. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving a damaged shipment.
