Atelier Bosc manufactures furniture and objects durable, functional and ecological. Dining table, coffee table, bookcase, shelf, bed, are among the pieces of furniture that we design and produce.
Atelier Bosc wants to (re)promote the renewable and sustainable material that is wood.
It starts by respecting the environment in which trees are born and grow, by advocating the use of local materials and ecological products and processes.
(Re)valuing wood also means recognizing the importance of the planet and of it for future generations. Petit Bosc, Atelier Bosc's children's collection, was born from this desire.
The craftsman behind Atelier Bosc
Xavier Déry inherited his love of wood from his grandfather and father. He has immense respect for the trees that provide us with the extraordinary material that is wood. Having a background in anthropology, he recognizes the importance of the role that wood has played in the history of humanity: from the use of fire to the structures of buildings, including prehistoric tools and the first boats. It is with all this respect and admiration for this material that he creates with it.
