This dish seemed comforting to me with the arrival of autumn, and what's more, it's nutritious! This simple recipe allows you to offer a small dose of vegetables (that's the surprise!) in each bite, without even the little ones who sometimes want to sulk at them noticing!

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (rigatoni or rottini)
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 cup grated cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley

Preparation :

  1. Boil the cauliflower and blend it in a food processor with the milk, butter, and onion powder.
  2. Add the cauliflower puree to the pot of cooked pasta.
  3. Gradually add the cheese, stirring continuously over low heat. The cheese will melt and blend into the cauliflower-coated pasta.
    *We want a fairly smooth consistency, so feel free to add a little milk if needed.
  4. Finish with parsley, then serve!

This recipe can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

This recipe is suitable for children from 6 months old.
Always make sure the peas are very tender before giving them to baby: I crush them slightly before serving since care must always be taken with foods that are small and round.
