VALENTINE'S DAY COOKIES 💘

To share between young and old, dipped in white chocolate: a real delight for the celebration of love!
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup baby cereal
- 1/3 cup unsweetened raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup unsweetened raspberry compote
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation :
- Mix the eggs with the compote and jam.
- Melt the peanut butter and add it to the mixture.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Shape the cookies by hand or using cookie cutters and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
Makes about 6 cookies.
This recipe can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer.
