POPSICLES 🍡

Perfect for teething babies or simply to refresh your little ones, here are some healthy pop recipes that are no less delicious!

The tropical 🥥:
- Half of a 398 ml can of unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 banana
- About 1 cup of fresh pineapple, cut into chunks.
The “candy pink” 🍭:
- About 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- About ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt (or vanilla)
- 1 tsp natural vanilla essence
Summer 🍏:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- About 1 cup of fresh peach pieces
- A little water if necessary (if mixture is too thick)
Blend everything in a food processor until smooth, pour into the popsicle mold and freeze for 6 to 8 hours before serving.
DME Specifications:
This recipe can be offered from 6 months by cutting the bite in half and serving one half at a time.
*Be careful with dairy allergens (if you use cow's milk or yogurt), which must be introduced according to the recommendations for introducing priority allergens. Full-fat yogurt is a better choice for babies who do not need to be restricted in fat!
