* If we have to wash or repair an item, 5 to 15% will be deducted from the discount percentage of your item.

- • You must complete the online form* and obtain approval before showing up at the store.
- • Then go to the Sillery branch during our business hours: 1280 Chanoine Morel Avenue, Qc, G1S 4B2
- • The team will analyze your amazing lot in the following days :).
- * Once the lot has been dropped off at the store, you agree to sell it to us according to the conditions listed above.

- • You will receive a Canada Post shipping label by email to print. ($12 fee deducted from your gift card)

- * Once the lot has been shipped, you commit to selling it to us under the conditions listed above.
