WILDBERRY AND CEREAL BISCUITS 🍇

This recipe is perfect for beginners: it incorporates iron-fortified baby cereal, contains only one allergen, and offers a soft texture! These baby biscuits are sure to please!
Ingredients :
- About 2 cups thawed mixed berries*
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup baby cereal
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp natural vanilla essence
*mixture of berries sold in the frozen fruit section
Preparation :
- Mash thawed fruit into a puree: will make about 1 cup.
- Mix the flour, baby cereal and baking powder then add the wild berry puree.
- Finish with the oil and vanilla and mix well.
- Shape the cookies on parchment paper placed on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
Makes about 8 cookies.
This recipe can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the
freezer . It is important to use thawed field berries, as this helps achieve the desired texture.

To turn this recipe into a treat you can enjoy without baby, you can add 3 tbsp of brown sugar to the mixture and serve with a milk chocolate drizzle!
