Made in Peru, our knits combine traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Made from 100% baby alpaca wool, this knit is soft, luxurious, hypoallergenic, and eco-friendly.

ALPACA WASHING AND CARE

  • Hand wash
  • Alpaca knits should be hand washed only in cold water with a mild detergent or shampoo.
  • Never use chlorine bleach. Woolite is not recommended.
  • Carefully remove any excess water, avoiding wringing or twisting.
  • Lay the product flat, reshape it to its original dimensions and let it dry naturally. Storing and preserving your product
  • Before storing, make sure the item is completely dry.
  • There are several techniques to prevent damage from moths. It's best to store the product in a sealed cedar chest, a freezer (in a zip-lock bag), or any other moth-proof environment.
  • Bags containing dried lavender are also helpful.
  • We do not recommend the use of mothballs.
